Nia is a body-mind-spirit fitness and lifestyle practice. Through expressive movement—The Body’s Way—Nia empowers people to achieve physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.

Combining the martial arts (Aikido, Tae Kwon Do, Tai Chi), the dance arts (Modern, Jazz, Duncan), and the healing arts (yoga, The Alexander Technique, and the works of Moishe Feldenkrais), each class is designed to provide a cardiovascular, non-impact workout that also allows for self-expression and growth.
